Store Policies

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or being notified or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Bike Storage

We strive to provide quick service and return your bikes to you as fast as possible to get you riding again. As such we cannot store bikes for excessive amounts of time. We simply do not have the room to store lots of customers bikes. We provide free storage for 3 days after you have been notified that your bike is ready to pick up. Each day thereafter we charge a $5 per day storage fee. After 30 days if you do not pick up your bike or respond to our calls and texts about your bike, we consider the bike abandoned and will donate it to a deserving adult or child. We understand men and women in the armed services are not always in control of their schedules. When possible, please let us know ahead of time should you require more than 3 days so that we can make arrangements with you to each other's satisfaction.

Black Friday Sales Exceptions

Labor, Bike Rentals, R.I.D.E.S., and Car Racks are not included in the sale and generally are never discounted. Black Friday Discounts may not be combined with any other discounts.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


ACCESSORIES and PARTS: If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us, please bring it back within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the original purchase price. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or cosmetic damage.  All sales items and bicycles are non-returnable or refundable.  All parts and accessories put on bicycles during a repair or when bought with a new bike and installed are non-returnable or refundable.

BIKES: Bikes purchased from our in-store stock may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. The bike must be in new mint condition. Cosmetic or other signs of wear will incur a 20% restocking fee.  All sales items and bicycles are non-returnable or refundable. 

SPECIAL ORDER BIKES: All special-order bikes are non- returnable or refundable.

USED BIKES: All used bikes are sold AS-IS and are non- returnable or refundable.

LABOR: There are NO refunds on labor performed.  However, within 15 days of picking up your bike, if you are unhappy with the work, please return to the store, and we'll correct the work requested at no additional charge.

CUSTOM BIKE BUILDS, CUSTOM WHEEL BUILDS, AND CUSTOM WORK: All custom project sales are final and non-refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
